Northport Malaysia Bhd / Nur Amirah Balqis Muhammad Hijaz

This report will contain a thorough internship reflection journal about my experience during the practical period from March 1st 2023 until August 15th 2023 at Northport Malaysia Bhd. The student profile, company profile, training reflection, company SWOT analysis, discussion, and recommendation are the main points of this report. I am required to evaluate Northport Malaysia Bhd's strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat (SWOT). To prepare this report, I have adapted various business and management knowledge that I have learned during my time in University. Learning International Business course also have helped me tremendously by practicing these skills in workplace such as observing, analysing, critical thinking, and problem solving using practical and creative methods. All and all, I am honoured to carry out my internship as a lndustrial Relations in Human Resource department in Northport Malaysia Bhd. I have learned a great experience working here for 6 months and I could not thank enough the people there for helping me finishing this internship.
