The magnificent and memorable experience for 6-month industrial training began here at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad. I would love to share my internship journey on how the feeling of working at the insurance agency. My expectations have changed since starting industrial training here, especially being greeted warmly by the Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad and Super Six Group families. My internship period have finished in Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad, Wangsa Maju branch in Kuala Lumpur under Administration Department that has been started on 1 st March 2023. Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad offers a variation of Family Takaful products that include life and medical protection, savings, education and corporate based on Islamic Sharia law. This company very encouraging the internship program as they want to provide a good experience to the students and huge opportunity to be recruit as an agent after the internship. I have been assigned to Administration Department and received roles and responsibilities to analyse the client and agent data every week. I have learnt how to complete my daily duties successfully by assist of two senior workers in Business Development Department. In this report consist SWOT analysis of this company along with the relevant recommendations for the company to utilize for a better business growth. With the expectation of the company to consider the recommendations and discussion from my point of view is acceptable and relevant.
