Abstract
This paper is prepared in a partial fulfillment of Advanced Diploma In Accountancy requirement. The writer who did her practical training in the Planning and Finance Department, BP Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. had been assigned a life project of building up a personalised database system for the Planning and Finance Manager and undertook the project as a case study. The project involved with designing, formatting, discussions and combining inputs which meet the Manager's requirement. These input are to be set-up as a database for the particular user.
