This report describes my internship at Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur. During my internship, I observed each important component of this department, which I have detailed in this report. This report contains information about the department's name, location, and company history. Along with it, this department's detailed vision, mission, and objective were emphasised. I worked as an administrative assistant in the Medical Affairs and Quality Department during my internship. As the main intent of an internship is to gain insight into how to work in a practical environment and to employ academic knowledge in a real world setting, this is the primary objective of an internship. This report also includes a SWOT analysis of this department that I conducted during my internship. This report includes recommendations regarding this department's vulnerabilities. At the conclusion of my industrial training, I have acquired knowledge of and practical experience with policies, processes, and procedures in a genuine working environment.
