Abstract
The course aims to give students the basic understanding of screenplay fundamentals and tools. Students are exposed to major fundamentals of screenplay such as narrative structure, plot, character, motivation, emotions, format, dialogue, subtext and so forth. In order to achieve this, students are required to write a 60-minute screenplay, script proposal and film essay.
