Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad / Nur Adzfarna Ilmi Adzlan

Generally, this internship report is based on the six-month industrial training program as the program and report written that undergoes by me is purposefully to fulfill the requirements upon completion of my courses; Bachelor of Business Admnistration (Hons.) Finance. Precisely, I was placed in Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad to assist company's Account Department from 1 March 2023 until 15 August 2023. The reader initially will be given a detailed introduction to Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad's background in the first section of this report. This background information will include general facts, corporate milestones, the company's vision, mission, and objectives, the management team of the company, and information on the products and services that this business actually provides to its clients. Next part of this report will present my current resume which will be used in any job application after I graduated for my Bachelor’s degree and the resume is formated based on ATS friendly resume systems. Moving on, I will explained on my reflection throughout my internship period regards my responsibility and benefits gains from this programme. 0 o Part 5 of this report will give reader the overview of company SWOT Analysis that I identified during my internship journey. In relation, next part will give a clear idea and explanation about SWOT Analysis and suggestions recommended for the company to improve or sustain their current performances. The recommendation given is based on the latest academic research which will be beneficial for this company in future.
