Industrial training report: Melaka International College of Science and Technology (MiCoST) / Nur Alia Laiha Ruslan

Industrial training is one of the most important and mandatory courses for final semester student in which they go to the selected company for five months and complete their industrial training. Every student is compulsory to complete the industrial training for them to be able to graduate. Industrial training can help in many aspects to prepare student for real life and their future job. Beside, industrial training will give student a chance to feel the real work environment, can enhance their skill, gain new knowledge, moreover it also can give student the experience on how to be a good colleague by the way they communicate with the staff at the company they have their industrial training for five months. To add, industrial training also can help student become more critical thinking and creative by solving problems they face during their industrial training. They can practice what they have learned or thinking of something new and that will give them experience they can use when they work on the future. Besides that, when student do their industrial training they will work in a team with the staff at the company, and this will teach them how to work together in team and solving problem together or even finish daily task. Therefore, industrial training is required for every subject on every university or college to prepare the student and give them experience.
