Abstract
Indonesia is one of country with the highest ratio of deaths from traffic accidents in the world. The human negligence is the main factors in the traffic accidents without help accident the quickly. Delivery of information about accident traffic in Indonesia is still not effective because victims of accident and people very difficult for contact the nearest hospital, the nearest police station and family. In Inacle System smart based devices will help victims of accident and people in the delivery of accident location information of accurately and automatically to the nearest hospital, the nearest police station and victim family via SMS. Inacle System has delivery of accident information though it is a small accident. Not only the location of the accident was sent by Inacle System the next advantages is able to send information in the form of an accident time quickly, accurately and automatically so the helper can find out the place and time of the accident. Inacle System will work when a vehicle falls or a collision then automatically information about time and location where the accident victim will be recorded by the system then the information will be sent directly to the helper. Inacle System have the purpose for reduce the risk of death in accident, the medical will be quick to handle accident victims, the nearest police station will know the vehicle that accident with the location and time sent by Inacle System, and victim’s family will know information that the victim is having an accident.
