Abstract

This research focus on vehicle scheduling, the current scheduling system at Diperdana Corporation Berhad specify to Pasir Gudang area. As the company do not have any scientific or specific scheduling system during the date, this thesis was conducted, the researcher will focus on fleet utilization rate throughout the period. On the first stage, the researcher had find out the level of effectiveness of vehicle scheduling system through fleet management or rather fleet utilization rate. It also focus on various problems that might occur in achieving effective scheduling.
