A study on defects in terrace houses / Anis Azreen Zainal Abidin

There are many types of defects will affect a building when the building is old and lack of maintenance. This study is carried out to identify the types of defects which affect the building elements, the causes of each defect and recommend the suitable remedial work for each defects found. This study will focus on terrace house which located under the supervision of Local Authority of Batu Gajah Perak which is in the vicinity of Batu Gajah. Methodology used in this study consists of literature review, site visit and questionnaires.
