Scheduling and routing of express bus services (Ekspres Nasional Berhad) / Zainul Asri Mat Jusin

This services of express bus are represented by its level of efficiency and quality which emphasizes the ability of route and schedule structure to meet the needs of both the passengers and operators. A study towards scheduling and routing system are needed for ENB’s successful on the services. With respect to the need of the passengers, survey has also been conducted to. deterne their requirements and perception regarding this system. In this study, the main focus is on identifying the most effective scheduling and routing system that need to be developed in order to achieve the objectives of this study.
