Abstract

SKS is one of the subsidiary under MARA Holding Sdn.Bhd. has been providing express transport services linking Seremban and Kuala Lumpur for more than 12 years. The. services are catered by 35 buses which totally own by SKS. Improper fleet utilisation is a common problem in a public transport undertakings and SKS is no exception during operating express transport services to public. The study conducted, during practical training is to identify the problem of fleet utilisation iri SKS fleets, in terms of passenger's occupancy.
