FFM122 : Malaysian arts and culture society / Faculty of Film, Theatre and Animation

The Malaysian arts and culture society introduce students to the history and development of the arts focusing at Malaysian culture society. This courses emphasizes an understanding of the historical, the role of arts in society, the value and attitudes and the economy which influence the Malaysian as a multi-culture country. This to train the students to understand the varied cultures of the different people of Malaysia and the influence of arts towards Malaysian. Throughout the course the students will also learn the point of entrepreneurial innovation, creative and critical analysis. By the end of course, students are hope to demonstrate their understanding of Malaysian arts , culture and society and the skill of analysis, while at the same time being able to discuss the transformation of Malaysian arts development in Malaysian variety culture and society.
