Abstract

Hello and good morning to my advisor, Dr. Getha. I am very grateful for being able to finish my industrial training well despite being far away from my advisor and my friends. Dr. Geetha could only teach through Google Meet because of time constraints and being distant from the student. My industrial training experience, which I enjoyed very much and will never forget, even enlightened my path to achieving my ambition to finish my degree, starting with industrial training at Aziatex Global. Secondly, I would also like to thank the Industrial Training Department of University Technology Mara (UiTM) for giving students the opportunity and guide to find a company that suits the student's course, which consists of several aspects, as well as approving the student's application to carry out the industrial training according to the company of their choice. This training report details the entire period of my industrial training at Aziatex, which started on March 1, 2023, and ended on August 15, 2023. Aziatex Global now offers marketing services to other companies to expand its market. Aziatex also opens up more opportunities for students to undertake industrial training in various fields. From here, students as well as the unemployed can start the career path they want by joining the Aziatex company. I was assigned to work in the sales department for six months. From this department, I have learned a lot about how to get sales. I was placed at Seri Wajah Aesthetic and became one of the closers at Seri Wajah Pasir Gudang. Where every day I was assigned to ensure that all customers on that day came according to the day and time that had been promised. I also learned how to communicate and close up with the new customer to encourage them to come to our spa. So, with the new customer, we can make more sales than with the regular customer. Every day I managed to find a new customer for the branch I was assigned to. For your information, I am not only managing one branch, but I can also manage another branch like Batu Pahat, Kuala Selangor, Kemaman, Bandar Sri Permaisuri, and so on. As you will see, the strength of Aziatex Global Sdn Bhd is seen from their SWOT analysis. In addition, we have a strong top managers and top leaders in branches. Lastly, Aziatex Global has provided the best service for its clients. However, Aziatex Global Company should improve the deficiencies that come from its company to get a higher quality service in the future. In terms of opportunities, Aziatex Company must make the opportunity an initiative to reduce the threat to Aziatex Company
