For the subject Industrial Training, MGT666, students must do an internship or receive on-the-job training in fields linked to their academic degree and area of specialisation. This internship course acts as a hands-on training ground for students to get real-world experience, workplace skills, and a sense of responsibility in handling responsibilities given to them by the employer. It would improve the task-related knowledge, abilities, and attitudes for the company of our choice. As a result, I have successfully finished this Industrial Training Report at the organisation where I have worked, Lembaga Tabung Haji Malaysia, in the branch of the main office in Negeri Sembilan which is Tabung Haji Negeri Sembilan, under the department of Administration and Hajj Unit. I began working for this organisation in 1st of March 2023 until 15th of August 2023 which is approximately equals to 6 months. Based on my observation, this organization is a wonderful place to launch a career and enchance your talents. Not only that, I gained new knowledge and experience about handling in Hajj management. Lembaga Tabung Haji Malaysia provides services such as savings, Hajj management, investments and THiJARI. Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) is an Islamic institution that continuously strives in providing the most comprehensive and systematic facilities for the welfare of Malaysian hajj pilgrims. Other than providing a halal savings platform and efficient hajj management services, TH also carries out investment activities to increase the value of depositors’ savings with TH. To sum up, by assessing favourable and unfavourable elements inside and outside the oraganisation, the SWOT Analysis component's conclusion aids the reader in understanding why the analysis is important.
