The final course for all undergraduate programs in the Faculty of Office Management System is the internship, per the course schedule. An internship or on-the-job training in fields linked to our academic degree and field of concentration is mandatory for all students. Here at the Negeri Sembilan State Education Department is where my unforgettable and instructive six-month industrial training, which I successfully finished under the Talent Management Unit, began. I started working here on March 1 and stayed there through August 15, 2023, because, in my opinion, it's the finest place to launch a career and hone our abilities. This report covers the information on the student's resume, the company's history, its vision, mission, objectives, and goals, as well as its organizational structure and its goods and services. This report's material includes a SWOT analysis of the Negeri Sembilan State Education Department. This report's purpose is to show how a SWOT analysis was used in industrial training during a six-month based on tasks that were accomplished on the job, tasks that were taught, experience that was obtained, and the student's performance during industrial training. I was presented with the system that was used in this department. There was also a recommendation for flaws. The learner learns how to solve those issues. Based on the practical experience of student internships, communication, problem-solving, and management abilities are applied. After completing the internship, the student had a deeper understanding of how to operate in an organization, had practiced in the workplace, and learned more about working behavior.
