Slab construction process for bungalow project in Tumpat, Kelantan / Siti Arisa Syafika Azman

This report is about the structure of the slab. A slab is a thick structure and is one of the important elements of the building that is often used to create flat horizontal surfaces such as floors, roof decks, and ceilings. Then, the main objective of this report is to study the process of construction method for the slab structure of the building. Next, the second objective is to determine the problem that occurred, and the solution is taken to solve the problem, and lastly to identify comparation between slab in-situ and precast concrete. To achieve these objectives, various methods need to be used, among them are observation, interview, and document review. The processes that have been done are such as site visits, site surveying which will be described in this report. Moreover, this report also explains in detail how the process of slab construction from start to finish which is from site clearance until the ground slab.
