Essentially, an internship is the process of gaining practical experience in a realworld professional environment. My unforgettable and enlightening 6-month (24-week) industrial training began right here at Pejabat Tanah Kluang. As a student of Bachelor of Office Systems Management (BA232), I was required by my Faculty of Business and Management to complete my internship journey from 1st March 2023 to 15th August 2023. During my internship, I was assigned to the Disposal Department, where I performed duties under the guidance of Puan Eriendanyantie Binti Azaman. After 4 months of internship, I was assigned to the Registration Department and was supervised by Encik Md. Adib Bin Samsuri. In this report, I will clearly lay out the entire scope of my industrial training. This includes my student’s profile and the company's profile, which includes the name, location, company history, vision, mission, target, goal, organizational structure, and products or services. Aside from that, I will discuss my training reflection, including the duration of working hours, my department, my tasks, my responsibilities, and the beneficial intrinsic and extrinsic benefits I gained. Furthermore, I will perform a SWOT analysis for the organization. Basically, I have recognized a few of Pejabat Tanah Kluang's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Following that, I will discuss and provide recommendations for each SWOT. Thus, I will provide a conclusion, references, appendices, and supporting details for the last part of the report.
