The primary purpose of this report is to provide an overview of my six-month internship at Allnex Malaysia Sdn. Bhd, located in Melaka. This comprehensive report took nearly five months to complete and aims to share essential insights with the readers. Throughout this report, I have highlighted crucial aspects of my internship journey and the valuable experiences I gained during this period. To start off, I introduced the company where I interned and provided background information about its history and the products they offer. Additionally, I have documented the tasks assigned to me during my internship and the learning opportunities that came along with them. Furthermore, I conducted a SWOT analysis of the company, identifying its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. By doing so, I was able to offer recommendations for the company to consider implementing in the future. In essence, this report serves as a comprehensive account of my internship, detailing my experiences and growth throughout the program. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to learn and contribute during my time at Allnex, and it has been an honor to be part of such a dynamic and innovative organization.
