Abstract
Students are required to undergo a closely supervised practical training for a duration of twenty-four weeks in food industries or related government agencies. This will provide opportunities to the students to gain valuable working experience in food quality management, processing or related areas. The students are expected to submit a written report of their training. This report together with the feedback from the participating industries/agencies will be evaluated and graded.
