Awareness on political development among UiTM Sarawak students / Nurul Farhana Chek Usup and Jastina Suleiman

Politic is become one of the issues among youth especially university students. This is because some university also provided students to learn a little bit on the political subject. The students must know what politic is about so that they can gain some knowledge about the politic on the country. Many of university students did not really interested to learns about politics. This will lead the student’s lack of political awareness. Political Awareness is important for the students because, when the students have awareness about the political they can know a little bit about politic in the country. As a develop country there need of citizen to aware on political is important. This is because political development can influence the socio-economic, livelihood and wellbeing of the people. Citizen should be aware of the latest political scenarios in the various aspects to ensure so that the State could enjoy a stable political environment with an effective and efficient system of administration. In Sarawak, there are problems on citizen especially the teenagers or youth who does not have any interest in politics and political development. This is something to worry about on the future generations.
