Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to examine self-awareness, social awareness and self-management with employee performance. The main research question for this study is, there is a relationship between employee performance and self-awareness. Next, there is a relationship between employee performance and social awareness. Last, there is a positive relationship between employee performance and selfmanagement. This paper provides a comprehensive framework that contributes to the conceptualization of the influence of emotional intelligence toward employee performance.
