Abstract
A warm welcome and Selamat Datang to all eminent guests. It is an honour to join you today for the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and the East Kazakhstan Technical University (EKTU). Allow me to express my sincere appreciation to Prof. Rakhmetullina Saule, Chairman of the Board-Rector of EKTU for the partnership that will be sealed today - almost a year after our first meeting on 14th October last year.
