Abstract

In recent times, most of organizations are completely aware how to achieve high level of employee’s performance and it becomes one of the crucial factors for any organization’ achievement. Therefore, main objective of this study was highlight the factors contribute on employee performance at Kompleks Pentadbiran Rembau. This study focuses on several factors related to employee performance were analyzed which motivation, training & development, working environment and leadership. A questionnaire, measured on Likert scale being used to collect data from respondents. Records from data were collected in 60.40 % from the 122 respondents, which came from the total population of 202. Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Version 22 Software was using in this study for data collected. Moreover, results have shown that motivation, training & development, working environment and leadership has a progressive and significant relationship with employee performance. Therefore, the result will help the organization to expand the employees’ productivity for employee performance.
