Abstract
Wealth management is necessary not only to Muslim but to all people in the world. It should be manage and control in right way to ensure that our wealth are not going to somewhere else. The management of wealth are not only focusing during our life, it also should be manages after deceased. One of the methods is writing wasiyyah. It will take effect after the decease of that person. Unfortunately the problem of this study was there are a lot of unclaimed or frozen asset that happen in most country. It keeps increasing over the years and gives worried to government in order to manage all those property. Thus this study was conducted to investigate and identify the factor contributing to the banner in intuiting wasiyyah among staff in UiTM Johor campus Segamat. The Factor that has been investigated is lacking knowledge on concept of wasiyyah, major life events, institutional factors, and attitude of beneficiaries in claiming their right. The research study was using the primary data by distribute the questionnaire to 100 staff of UITM Johor campus Segamat. The data has been analysed using computer statistical packages, known Statistical Packages for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The statistical tools applied in this study include descriptive statistics, correlation and regression. The finding of this study shows that all variables are significant to the barrier in writing wasiyyah give the meaning that all those factor have significant effect to the bandier in writing wasiyyah.
