Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that motivate government staffs at Kuala Terengganu pay the zakat by monthly salary deduction and which is among the selection criteria will give the most influence to motivate the staffs. There are three independent variables that were established in this study such as services quality, benefits and promotion towards motivate government staffs at Kuala Terengganu pay the zakat by monthly salary deduction (dependent variable).
