Industrial training report: University of Malaya Library / Nurul Hanisah Baharin

This practical training report covered the background of the institution of University of Malaya and also University of Malaya Library as well as their organization structure. Besides that, this report also covered the whole training process and activities that the practical student involved during the internship period. Furthermore, the special project that the students required to carried out during the five months practical training are also included and elaborated in the report. The reflections of an internship students on what she learned, about the institution, the working environment, the collections and also the services are also being covered in the report. Methods that have been used is qualitative approaches.
