A study on land trespassing of the state lands in the mukim of Bota, district of Perak Tengah, state of Perak / Aini Mardhiyyah Ismail

The issues highlighted by the researcher is trespassing on state and focusing in Mukim Bota, District of Perak Tengah, Perak. The researcher acknowledges nowadays too many issues of land trespassing occurs in Malaysia. Hence, the researcher wants to find out what are the scenario happens relating to trespassing activities. Even though there are laws and regulation imposed to control the action, people still without any hesitation encroaching the land. The study has point out three objectives which is to recognize the interpretation of state land according to National Land Code 1965 (NLC), identify the factor contribute to trespassing the state land and suggest the solution to overcome issues on trespassing the land. The methodology use is qualitative using purposive sampling method. It required to create a semi structured interview to be distributed in interview session that involve eligible person to answer it. The researcher has found four respondents from government department to answer the question. Objectives one has been answer in literature review which is "State land" means all land in the State other than alienated land, reserved land, mining land, and any land which under the provisions of any law relating to forests.
