Abstract
Every year, public and private universities will produce graduates with different qualification. Students also will make their career planning once they had graduated. Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify factors that affect job selection preferences among final year students. This study focuses on two objectives whether there is relationship between employer reputation and work environment towards job selection preferences among final year students under Faculty of Business Management in UiTM Melaka City Campus. Technique used is simple random sampling where sample size is 181 students out of 332 total populations. Results from the findings shows that employer reputation (r=0.428, p<0.05) has positive, moderate and significant relationship while work environment (r=0.315, p<0.05) shows positive, low and significant relationship towards job selection preferences among final year students under Faculty Business Management in UiTM Melaka City Campus.
