Abstract
The course is designed to expose students to the contemporary leadership styles and how to be more effective in situations requiring leadership skills and abilities. The course also emphasizes the importance of motivation to the leaders and subordinates, particularly those involved in the customer service environment. The roles of leaders to cultivate excellent service culture and to effectively manage change in the organization will also be emphasized.
