Abstract

This course will examine the environment, nature and biodiversity issues from the Islamic perspectives and how it relates to our day by day living condition. It provides solution from the Islamic approach to environmental issues according to the Quran and Hadiths. It emphasizes on environment, sustainable development and our roles as stewards on earth. Students will learn the knowledge, values and ethic needed to successfully integrate biodiversity management and stewardship.
