Abstract
The subject focuses on the legal system of Malaysia regarding to biodiversity conservation and management. This course provides knowledge and skills to students on national and international biodiversity laws and policies. This includes substantive and fundamental understanding on the legal framework pertaining to the protection of biodiversity.
