Abstract

The purpose of this project paper is to look into the process and services done by the Industrial Court Cawangan Timur in Kuching, Sarawak which dealt with trade disputes and to maintain industrial harmony. The urge of this study is the occurance of a continous cases regarding industrial disputes in the two states but more particular in Sarawak. The Industrial Court Cawangan Timur which was set up in Kuching, Sarawak, began its operations tor the two states, Sabah and Sarawak in February 1995.
