According to the curriculum, all under graduate programs in the Faculty of Business and Management require students to complete an internship. During this internship, students must work in are as related to their academic degree and field of concentration. The purpose of this practical training is to gain hands -on experience, workplace skills, and responsibility by completing tasks assigned by the company. The internship aims to enhance practical skills, knowledge, and attitude. In line with the requirements, I success fully completed my Industrial Training at HeartNArt, specifically in the Sales and Marketing department at the Pusat Bandar Jasin branch. I began my internship in March 2023, and during my time at the company, I observed that it provided an excellent environment for developing my business skills and understanding. HeartNArt is involved in various fabric productions, including t- shirt production, sublimation, and printing. They have sold over 5 million t- shirts and play a significant role in the economic changes of the Selandar district. Additionally, the company is a major supplier of products to schools in the state of Melaka and has received acknowledgments from the local government for its contributions to the community. Apart from production, HeartNArt also provides training to its staff, which further enhances their expertise in the sublimation and printing business, as well as their marketing capabilities. In conclusion, the SWOT Analysis component of the report evaluates both internal and external factors related to the company. This analysis aims to provide the reader with a clear understanding of its relevance and significance.
