Abstract

The formation of the Sarawak Dayak Than Association (SADIA), an Than communal association, took several months after receiving the blessing and support from persons like Datuk Daniel Tajem, SDNU President and Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Alfred Jabu. SADIA Constitution was drafted and sent to the Registrar of Societies for approval. The formation of the body was then officially registered on 14th February, 1984.
