Abstract
Industrial training is a requirement for students who wish to complete their Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) Finance at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) campus Bandaraya Melaka. This report summarizes six months of internship experience at Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri (MBIP) in Johor. During my internship, I was exposed to the real world and learned a variety of skills. I learned how to communicate with customers and investors, as well as how to work in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues. I also learned about the different aspects of finance, such as budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis. My internship at MBIP was a valuable experience that taught me many new knowledges and valuable experience. I am very grateful for the opportunity to have interned at such a great organization, and I am confident that the skills and knowledge I gained will be beneficial to me in my future career.
