Asia Aquaculture (M) Sdn Bhd / Siti Noratika Zahari

This report primarily discusses my sixth month of an internship with Asia Aquaculture (M) Sdn Bhd. in Kota Tinggi, Johor. During the internship programme, I worked as a Human Resources Assistant under the supervision of Ms. Nor Azian binti Johar. During my internship, I worked at two locations: Johor Fann and Desaru Hatchery. It is an immense responsibility for me to assist two branches. Everything is going well, and I am able to complete all of the tasks assigned to me with the assistance of my supervisor. This industrial training report discusses a few sections. The preliminary pages, which include the executive summary, table of contents, and acknowledgement, comprise the first section. The second section contains the student's profile, which includes the most recent resume. A company profile is presented in the third section. This section contains information about the company's name, location, and history. Aside from that, there is a vision, mission, objective, and goal, as well as an organisational structure and a product. Furthermore, the trainee must explain the duration of the internship, details of job responsibilities, and the benefits she receives during the six months of internship in the fourth section. The fifth and sixth sections are devoted to swot analysis. Discuss SWOT analysis as it has been observed in Asia Aquaculture (M) Sdn Bhd in this section. Following that, some recommendations for the company to improve their management are made. Sections seven, eight, and nine conclude the report by explaining the summarised report, stating the references, and attaching the appendices.
