This industrial training report will describe what I had experience and knowledge gained during the 24 weeks journey as an internship at AIA Shared Services Sdn.Bhd. On March 1, 2023. I began my first day of industrial training and was put under the direction of Sir Muhammad Zulhelmi, Specialist for Procurement Support Operation in AIA Shared Services. Therefore, this report includes the company profile and what services they provided. Then we move to the progress of my training reflection during my internship at this company. This report also provided the key activities, accomplishments, and the SWOT Analysis for AIA Shared Service Sdn. Bhd, which covers key factors of the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as well as discussions and recommendations on the topic. The summary aims to provide readers with a clear understanding of the internship's outcomes and the intern's contributions to improving procure to pay practices in AIA Shared Service Bhd. Throughout the internship, I actively participated in various procurement support operation related tasks, including making a new vendor creation, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and ticket creation using a system called SAP and ARIBA. These activities provided valuable practical insights into the procurement function within an organizational setting. The soft skills that I also gained during internship is to be punctual, doing multi-task and communication skills.
