The internship enables the student to integrate what they learn in class with reality on the job. As a partii;il fulfilment of the award of the International Business Degree to students at the Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Campus Bandaraya Melaka, it is very fundamental for any student in his or her learning period to undertake industrial training. It is for this reason that I conducted an internship at CSY Global Resources in Batu Pahat, Johar. It is a place where I can learn about things related to international business and where I can connect with different people when doing business-related activities. I chose this company because I want to learn how to work in a business that is still in its early stages and is not a large corporation. I want to see and work with communities and circles that need to work hard to grow their businesses while also expanding their brand to be known to many people. My internship started on March 1 and ended on August 15, 2023. I was eager to know how the business industry fulfils its obligations and how they operate their stores and make sales, and I also took advantage of the opportunity to perform different tasks. These are the main tasks described in this report as my performance over the whole internship period. I was placed in the sales and marketing department. They enabled me to acquire skills and knowledge in addition to what I had learned at UiTM. This internship describes how the theories learned at the university were put into practise on the field. This report focuses primarily on the activities completed during the training period, such as dealing with suppliers and customers. There are also other activities, such as organizing events and projects. This report also focuses on the SWOT Analysis of the company and the recommendations for how the company can sustain and expand its business.
