OSM732 : Managing organizational change / Faculty of Business Management

This course covers a broad spectrum on areas related to changes in organizations and the theories and strategies applied in managing organizational change. This course also attempts to provide a learning environment which creates opportunities for linking, both physically and virtually, people, ideas, resources and information technology together. The aim is to develop the intellectual skills so that students will have a critical understanding of changes in organization and respond effectively to organizational pressure locally and globally.
