CGS-CIMB Securities Sdn Bhd / Nur Liyana Mohd Lutpi Taufik

This report highlighted the experiences as finance trainee/intern in Finance Department under the Division of Corporate Treasury and Business Partner (Cash Management Team). On top of that, this study aims to analyze the company that strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of the company throughout the 24 weeks of internship in CGS-CIMB Securities Sdn.Bhd (“CGS-CIMB”). With the analysis, it enables me to identify company strengths and improvement to be made, the opportunities that possibly could be foresee and the solution to address the problems arise in the company. According to diagnosis from SWOT Analysis, CGS-CIMB should gained more clients in the future, innovate more unique products, enhance efficiency in online marketing, upgrading system in finance operation and others.
