Pejabat Daerah Kota Tinggi / Iszuaneeza Ismail

Pejabat Daerah Kota Tinggi is known as one of the essential government agencies located in Aras 2, Bangunan Sultan Iskandar, 81900 Kota Tinggi, Johor. During my first day of Internship, I was assigned under supervision of Puan Norliza binti Abdul Razak, the Chief Administrative Assistant at the Administration Management Department. Within the six months going through the traineeship at the organization, 1 can conclude that 1 learned a lot under Administration Department which it helped me develop a wide range of skills that will be invaluable in my future career, I also gained a deeper understanding of the essential of teamwork and collaboration in achieving organization goals and objectives as well as I had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people from different background and department which it helped me in developing my interpersonal skills and I learned how to work effectively with other through participating in the event occurs during my internship period. Additionally, by joining a few events such as “Pengagihan Bantuan Banjir” “Jamuan Raya PDKT”, I gained experience which it helped me develop my project management skills and how to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. During my internship, I also conducted a SWOT Analysis to identify the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Through this analysis, I discovered a several areas where the organization could improve their work performance and address areas of concern. By addressing all these four areas in SWOT Analysis, I believe the organization can ensure its long-term sustainability and continue providing a high-quality service to its constituents. Overall, one of the things I enjoyed the most during my six months at Pejabat Daerah Kota Tinggi was the experience that incredibly invigorating and rewarding that allowed me to learn and grow in ways I never thought possible, since it helped me to develop my skills, knowledge, and confidence as a young professional which I believe that I will carry it with me throughout my career in the future.
