Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh / Nur Ismadiana Roslin

Students who wish to complete their Bachelor of Office System (Hons.) at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Campus Bandaraya Melaka must complete an internship or industrial training. This report summarizes my six-month internship at Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh in Melaka, which provided me with a lot of memorable experiences and valuable lessons. While I was an intern student at Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh, I was exposed to the real working world and learned a variety of skills, including handling and filling out medical records for each patient, even though this was part of my university's requirements for industrial training, I developed my communication skills with both the staff and patients at Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh, as well as how to collaborate with others and strengthen strong connections with staff members. The student resume and the history of Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh (PHAK), which includes its vision, core values and commitment are presented first in this report. In addition, this report has organizational charts for both of hospital and the department which I work. Along with the company's fundamental facts, Pantai Hospital Ayer Kerch's (PHAK) services have also been discussed. Highlighting the company's SWOT analysis, I've provided two points of Pantai Hospital Ayer Kerch's (PHAK) SWOT analysis. I've had a lot of experiences during my internship that have helped me get ready for the real world of work. Many of the skills I've practiced will come in very handy for me to use in the future. At the conclusion of the report, I offer my own recommendation for Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh (PHAK) on how to build on their strengths, get rid of their weaknesses and threats, and grab any upcoming opportunities with latest supporting articles.
