Abstract
In order to contribute to the growth of the town of Batu Gajah, both an economic and a transportation hub are vital. Integration of both hub and thought creates a comfortable environment, safe urban infrastructure, and stronger network connectivity between two hubs, which may be able to revive the two hubs separately and provide as the spine for those hubs with new initiatives. ln this study, the author will review the socioeconomic history and cultural richness of Batu Gajah. This study's relevance focused on revitalizing urban trails for active living in Batu Gajah town and at the Batu Gajah KTM Railway Station, which produces new social nodes and promotes a safe city strategy. The focus of this study's inventory and analysis process is on urban comfort and safety, as well as connectivity between Batu Gajah town and the Batu Gajah KTM Railway Station. To determine the potential areas to increase the value of both the urban trail and the transit hub, the data gathered from the inventory are combined. The study's last phase will offer a design proposal, which is crucial for predicting the guidelines for planning and designing this independent inquiry. As part of the Safe City strategy, it is anticipated that this study would serve as a guide for landscape architecture urban studies in developing urban trails and encouraging active living between communities.
