MRCB has several subsidiaries, including MRCB Land, MRCB Builders, MRCB Property, Investment, and Development. MRCB's overseas reserves and operations are in Malaysia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Australia, and Singapore. The primary emphasis is on property development, investment, and business development. The training obtained during a 24-week internship at valued property and development business will be the basis of the report. The 24-week program was followed in creating this report, along with extra tasks completed during the internship. This report includes a summary of duties over six months and the provided work experiences and thrilling job opportunities. Additionally, it described how much was learned through the tasks and how the intern overcame genuine obstacles while meeting the supervisor's expectations within the allotted time frame. A detailed explanation of job responsibilities will be presented in a step-by-step format, and the conclusion will summarize the entire experience. In addition, this report is divided into several sections. The first section discussed the updated resume profile as of January 2023, followed by the MRCB profile as a property and development company, the short-term and long-term objectives, and the departmental organizations. The third section describes the intern's 24-week experiences, contributions, and challenges. In conclusion, personal opinions and credible sources support the SWOT analysis and its recommendations. The voyage as an intern, the department itself, the working environment, and the organization will be used to determine the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
