Majlis Perbandaran Temerloh / Syasya Sahira Mohd Afdiiza

This internship report provides a brief overview of my experience undergoing industrial training at the Management Services Department of the Human Resource and Organizational Management Division at the Temerloh Municipal Council (MPT). The services offered by the Temerloh Municipal Council are planning development, providing infrastructure facilities, regulatory services, cleanliness, health, licenses and business control, and taking care of the landscape city under its administration. I underwent practical training at MPT for six months, from March 1st until August 15th, 2023. This report is divided into several sections, starting with an introduction of the students and the company. This provides a more in-depth explanation of the Temerloh Municipal Council. Next, the benefits, experiences, and skills I got while undergoing practical training at MPT are explained in the training's reflection section, along with issues I found happening at MPT. Moreover, an important part of this report is the SWOT analysis, where information related to MPT's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats is explained and analyzed. Finally, recommendations for MPT to improve and overcome the problems that have been discussed and all the information in this report will be summarized in the final part, the conclusion.
