KPRJ Astakapuri Sdn Bhd / Nurul Aliah Shamsudin

As per the academic requisite for completing Bachelor of Business Administration, at University of Technology Mara, Bandaraya Melaka Campus students are required to complete 6 months internship with any reputable organization with the purpose of an in-depth practical knowledge of the specialization they opt for in the discipline of Business Administration. I have magnificently concluded the placement to undergo my industrial training at KPRJ Astakapuri Sdn. Bhd. under Admin Department. KPRJ Astakapuri Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly owned company of KPRJ Sdn. Bhd., the Government-Linked Company (GLC) who has a reputation as a major developer of social and infrastructure projects for the state of Johor. Albeit I am unable to conclude all of my tremendous experiences in one text, this report will provide comprehensive insights and functioning information about it especially from the point of view of operational and corporate function of Admin Department that I have been placed during this internship fairly well. Since my field of specialization is business and administration, a major portion of my report consists of administrative and technical support, business operations, organizations' resources, asset management, legal fairs, strategic planning, facilities and security. In the conclusion of my report, I also included some recommendations that I think are important to consider and my overall overview of the industrial training I have undergo. Part 5 and 6 of my report cover the critical part and SWOT analysis of KPRJ Astakapuri Sdn Bhd respectively from the point of view of Admin department. In the overall critical analysis, I have made a relation between the theoretical concepts and practical experience which I have gained at organization. Moreover, in SWOT analysis I have analyze the organization’s strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threat that is based on their political, economy, social, technology, environmental and legal aspect that is related to the organization. Further to that analysis, I have successfully made a recommendation based on my knowledge and supported by several academic studies. By inspecting using the SWOT analysis, the company can take advantage of their strength and opportunities to overcome their weaknesses and threats.
