Abstract

Harta Maintenance Sdn. Bhd, founded in 1980, offers holistic building maintenance solutions to private and public sectors, focusing on government office buildings, malls, hospitals, transport hubs, and factories. Registered under the Malaysian Ministry of Finance, the company aims to provide cutting-edge solutions and increase productivity. With over 4,500 employees, HARTA regularly trains staff to deliver high-quality services and ensure building residents ‘comfort. This internship report highlights on SWOT analysis for Harta Maintenance Sdn. Bhd. This report is divided into 4 main parts which are the first part is where there is an introduction about the company such as its location, vision and mission, organization structure, and the services that the company provides. The second part of the report focuses on my training reflection which is the details of the department that I have been placed in and the assignments or tasks that I have assigned. I also explained what I gain from this internship in this part. Next, in the third part, there is an overview of the SWOT analysis of HARTA. In the last part of the report, I explain further about every each of the SWOT analyses on how it affects the company and the recommendation for the company on how to improve better.
