Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor Sdn Bhd / Nabilah Afiqah Abu Bakar Siddek

My six months industrial training at Generasi Takzim Sdn. Bhd (GTSB) which is subsidiary company of Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor Sdn. Bhd. (KPRJ) start from 1st March until 15th August 2023 under my supervisor Mr. Arry Nazroun Bin Ahmad and guidance from my advisor, Dr. Nor Sabrena Binti Norizan. This report divided into seven parts. Starting from preliminary page and continued to student’s profile which I put my updated resume that explaining about my knowledge and experience. Next, in the third part is company’s profile. I put the company background of Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor Sdn. Bhd. (KPRJ) and the subsidiary company which is Generasi Takzim Sdn. Bhd (GTSB). Moreover, the vision and mission of KPRJ also stated in this part. For organizational structure, I put the structure for both Property Development and Asset Management department where Generasi Takzim Sdn. Bhd. and KPRJ Development Sdn. Bhd. (KDSB) share the same office with Mr. Hussein as the General Manager. Furthermore, for the fourth part which is training analysis, this is where I put all the benefit, allowance, experience that I gain during my internship period. Also, I explain the task’s assigned to me. There are a lot of different task assigned to me every day. Starting from filing document, make an offer letter for tenants, receiving incoming calls until communicate with tenants who came to the office to ask regarding scheme rent-to-own. Training reflection also is the part where I explain how I develop my soft skill such as computer skills and communication skills that help to increase my productivity. In addition, fifth part are about SWOT analysis where I consult with my supervisor regarding Generasi Takzim strength, weakness, opportunity and threats faced in the property sectors. I put four points for every SWOT and explain the reason why I choose all the points. In part sixth is where I discuss and give suggestion on how GTSB can improve their sales and how to solve problems when face with problematic tenants. Last but not least, is conclusion where I summarize what I feel during this six-month period of internship. Even though I have good memories to keep, there are still memories and experience that make me independent when facing with real working environment in the future.
