Industrial training is a course that degree-seeking students must complete. Students enrolled in a 12credit hour subject which is MGT 666. This is the subject that will be carried during Internship in their sixth semester. Students also may gain early experience in the professional world through this internship. The second component of the report contains an up- to date version of my most current CV. The third section then describes the profile of the company. It was a wonderful joy for me to be permitted to be an intern at Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas. It was eye-opening to reflect on my previous actions and assess my performance during the six-month internship. I learned about the company's history, vision, mission and its organizational structure and previous services and goods. In the fifth section, I reflect on my personal experience as a trainee by explaining the length of my internship, my department's duties, and the people I worked with. As an intern at this company, I was able to study the SWOT analysis in order to analyze the organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for the six sections of this report. As a result, I was able to do the swot matrix from the swot analysis that I acquired earlier to get a better understanding and give some recommendations for my company.
